Terms Of Service


BY COMMISSIONING ME, OR OWNING A CHARACTER
CREATED BY ME, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THE TOS.
VIOLATING RULES MAY/WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING
BANNED/PENALIZED FROM MY ART SERVICE!

PROCESSING TIME MAY TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS.
  1. I retain all rights to my creations. This means that i can:
      Post, display, promote my created works.
      Revoke adopt ownership if you break my adopt rules*
      *Adopt rules: General TOS, do not sell "bred" Or combined designs involving the adopt, and if i dissaprove
      of your behavior HEAVILY,(IE: naz*i, ped*o, rasc*ism and related- related activity ect..) I do not feel
      comfortable with you using my works at all, and I reserve the
      right to revoke designs IF NEEDED.
      - * You may sell characters from me, but only at the price they were purchased for.
      (Unless reasonable ammount of art attached to character.)
      You may also take inspiration from my work, of course too!!! I would just
      ask you do not replicate/edit my work in any form. Non commercial, personal, high-abstraction is fine.
  2. DO NOT trace, edit, referance, or redistribute/repost my work.*
      - DO NOT Reproduce/use my copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
      DO NOT Take Credit for the creation of the artwork.
      DO NOT Remove any watermarks/signatures.
      DO NOT alter the artwork without my consent.
  3. Please ask before printing my work.
  4. I reserve right to deny any commission request.
  5. I ACCEPT USD PAYPAL ONLY!
      - (Other processes can be arranged within reason.)
      - DO NOT SEND ME E-CHECKS. Please send money via familya ndfriends(USA USERS) Or by balance transfer.
  6. The process begins with: 1-I accept your commission. 2-You pay full upfront. 3-I will send you result image files.
      - The process may take up to 3 months(90 days) maximum, as a rare case. Please do not be afraid to remind me. If i go out of this limit; please know, this is my not my intention and i will generally work as soon as i can. (I face complication often recently.)
  7. I will do my best, But if anything minor is not up to your standard or you want a easy fix, You can ask me to do it!
  8. PRIVATE COMMISSIONS: x3 ORIGINAL PRICE (Will not be posted publicly under standard circumstances, but still
    applies to TOS and what i will/won't draw)
  9. Please treat me with respect when you initiate conversation, or are commissioning me.
      If you disrespect me i will not waste my time on you!
  10. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
      - I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
      You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment are received.*
        _ * Unless the 3 months possible processing time has passed.
        If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
        - If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted, and I have the
        right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
        - You will forbidden to ever commission me.
        - Username will be blacklisted publicly if it is neccesary.

  • " What drawing program do you use? "
      • I mainly use Firealpaca, but often Azpainter2 and ezgif.com.
  • " How do you make the grainy textures in your art? "
      • Azpainter's filters selection is very good and I reccommend checking it out.
  • " Previous usernames? "
      Other aliases i've used: 2010tamala, 2001gato, nyako and Lezrodile
  • " What tablet do you use? "
      I use a windows surface 2 (mainly) and tablet "Huion Inspiroy Q11K V2"
      Traditionally I prefer pencil & color pencil, but I also like painting and oil pastel.
  • " Animation? "
      Firealpaca, Ezgif, makeagif, glitterphoto, ezimba
  • " Can I get a tattoo of your work? "
      I feel uncomfortable with that! Please dont unless i say so.
  • " Do you do requests? Can i have a drawing for free? "
      I work hard on my job so i can support myself. Unless i ask
      for practice, i do not usually do free work.
  • " How do I draw? "
      You just have to! It's like clay. draw it over and over, like morphing a model. It's up to you to do what
      you want. Remember to look at things you like for inspiration. Keep a list of things that make you happy
